Friday, December 28th at 7:10 PM
From $15

The Quad City Storm’s inaugural season is halfway through! Friday, December 28th is sure to be jam-packed! The Storm will be hosting the Evansville Thunderbolts. It is also Crazy Hat Night, so wear your craziest hat for a chance to win a Quad City Storm prize! We will be having $2 hot dogs too! RIFAC, The Friends of Douglas Park, and the Storm have partnered up to raise funds. Here is a little bit about the Friends of Douglas Park organization:

The Friends of Douglas Park is a IRS 501c3 recognized non-profit organization designed with the objective of partnering and utilizing both private and public resources to rejuvenate, repurpose and maintain the vitality of Douglas Park in Rock Island, IL as a local, state and national Historical Legacy and Destination.

Long Term Goal:

To commemorate the historical significance of Douglas Park as the Birthplace of the National Football League, the "NFL", one of the most recognized, respected and profitable brands in the world entertainment industry today.

To create a safe, well-known and proud location for a variety of neighborhood, community and regional health, wellness, play and learning activities.

To establish a prominent western gateway into the City of Rock Island from Interstate 80, 280, 74 and the Centennial Expressway.

Tickets are on sale for just $15 in the Twister Section, and $20 in the Blizzard Section of the lower bowl! $5 of every Twister ticket and $8 of every Blizzard ticket sold will be going back to the organization.

You will be emailed your tickets three days before the game. You must print the tickets out and bring them to the game. Getting tickets for a group is easy this year! No more standing in line, no having a physical ticket to sell. Just share the code with all of your friends and co-workers via email, Facebook, Twitter, and text!

If you haven’t liked our Quad City Storm Facebook and Twitter pages yet, please do. We plan on having some fun posts between now and opening night! Don’t forget to post your game night group pictures on our Facebook and Twitter pages!
